The Client was looking for RAW to create a great office space when relocating their office from Surrey to Burnaby, BC.
Due to Vancouver's rapidly growing technology sector; competition for top talent sometimes really comes down to the working environment employers can give their staff.
Two traditional office suites on one floor (total 6,674 sq.ft.) were fully demolished and opened up to create an open plan office.
